As a Shiatsu therapist and Tibetan Medicine practitioner, I’ve been dedicated to promoting long-term health—both for myself and for others—since 2016. I’ve worked in my own practice, beyond it, and now online as well.
Specializing in undiagnosed pain, I focus on a range of issues, from headaches to stress and burnout. My approach empowers you to take control of your well-being, helping you make life choices independently of medical specialists, pills, or powders—all with empathy and compassion.
